Aims to establish a foundation for building Christian character, morals, values, and behaviors by using creative and innovative methods to inspire and engage young people for God.

(Also known as LEADS PROGRAM - Leadership Enrichment/Academic Development/Spirituality
PROGRAM PURPOSE: Spiritual growth; Guidance for a new journey; and Support from Mount Olivet membership through fellowship with 12th grade committee members, high school seniors, and past graduates.
PROGRAM ACTIVITIES: A variety of enriching workshops will be delivered. Students are expected to engage in a group community service project and participate in the end-of-year Baccalaureate Service.
BACCALAUREATE SUNDAY: This is a celebration of our graduating high school seniors during the morning worship service. Students are expected to deliver a 3-minute speech on the designated scripture and theme. Speech preparation rehearsals start in April.
